P.F.S Associates is a Boston based executive search boutique that
offers a customized, highly efficient, and timely solution to executive
search. Founded in 2004, the firm is committed to providing individually
tailored searches in Asset and Wealth Management, Investment Banking,
Capital Markets, and Private Equity.
Our deep rooted experience as both hands on investment professionals
and executive search consultants allows us to truly understand the
developments and changes that occur in these sectors today. This presents

Peter began his professional career in 1990 with the Chase Manhattan
Bank in New York where he served as a Relationship Manager in the Private
Banking International group. He focused on the investment needs of
high net worth families in Northern and Central Europe. Peter returned
to Boston in 1995 and became an executive recruiter in the financial
services industry with the boutique firm, H.I. Hunt & Company.
He built his practice largely in the institutional sales and trading
arena, corporate and public finance, and investment management. In
2002, Peter made a return to the investment community directly as an
institutional equity salesman with Merrill Lynch, servicing the investment
management community. He founded P.F.S Associates in August, 2004.
Peter is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.
